As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be an integral member of multi-disciplined teams working on projects from conception to delivery in a technical and creative environment.
Our projects range in size from very large to small, working across customer experience design, user experience design and transformative digital projects.
You'll get to make a positive impact and do some great work, while being supported by a close-knit team, working alongside wonderful client teams on a range of interesting and meaningful problems.
This is a client-facing role so you will have outstanding interpersonal skills; you’ll build confidence with our clients, work collaboratively with team members and operate well in a fast-paced dynamic environment, to bring in projects to manage and help the team to deliver.
We expect you to be brilliantly organised, with superb timekeeping, planning and risk mitigation and be comfortable managing complex projects. You'll also be big on quality assurance and client relationship management. Whilst we use adaptive project methodologies, exposure to agile would be advantageous.
Identify client business needs and work with both the client and internal teams to define effective and innovative project approaches that generate measurable results
Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of the highest quality outcomes
Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements to project process and outcomes
Manage schedules, budgets and overall project management across multiple clients and projects to ensure requirements and, project deliverables and dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed
Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals

We are looking for.
5-7+ years’ experience in managing and planning medium to large scale projects
Experience managing a portfolio of client relationships
Experience in managing technical and digital projects with a strong knowledge of CX, UX, UI strategy and design
Positive, curious, enthusiastic and collaborative attitude – and an intrinsic motivation to deliver the highest quality work
