Mac Operator — Wellington

We are looking for a highly motivated mac operator with a background in digital and print production that loves to get stuck into the detail when it comes to delivering work. You will get the opportunity to update and maintain pattern libraries and systems which support consistency, quality and collaboration across our multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality graphic and digital artifacts based on the direction of team members

  • Build and maintain digital design systems, style guides and pattern libraries at a project and client level

  • Analyse design files to identify inconsistencies and work with team members to produce final artwork with clearly articulated styles, patterns and components

  • Conduct design and Quality Assurance (QA) reviews based on artwork, pattern libraries and documentation to ensure development outputs accurately represents the design

  • Provide colour grading, retouching and editing of images

  • Support team members to produce high-quality presentations and documentation

  • Participate within the team to set and maintain standards for file management, production and QA processes as well as document and presentation templates

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital and/or print production

  • Close attention to detail and consistency

  • Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Motivated with a desire to grow

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt your skills to different applications

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally with experience in Sketch
