
Following a significant strategic branding exercise with DNA, the Victoria University senior team engaged DNA to evaluate their web strategy and web architecture. This was followed by redevelopment of 'Homesite', the core marketing site at the centre of Victoria's 200+ websites.
Stepping back to evaluate the direction of the online channel gave DNA and Victoria the opportunity to think strategically about how to take the channel forward. Rather than just charging in to redesign everything, DNA worked carefully to establish strategic and design principles to guide progress.
The new Victoria University Homesite has been transformed. Customer insights indicated that the site had an attitude problem, more than a structural one, so we started here. The DNA online team re-crafted the visual experience, site layout, and content in this 'phase one' project, which has served as a benchmark for future projects.
