"How do you change the face of banking to reflect a customer-focused transition?"

BNZ is rapidly developing a service model and product approach that is transcending the banking approaches of old. To match this evolution and meet the changing needs and desires of customers, its brand and experience needed to be open, fresh and informal as well as being more accessible, relevant and valuable to a wide range of New Zealanders.

DNA has been heavily involved in providing design services in the offline and online channels during the BNZ rebrand in late 2008. The extensive range of services DNA provided in the online channel ranged from applying the new identity to the ATM interfaces to updating some of the key pages of the BNZ website. We provided new styles, digital imagery, HTML & CSS and Flash components for many of BNZ's digital channels. DNA's engagement with the BNZ will be ongoing where we will provide design services to redesign many of its core online material – ranging from interaction design to dynamic interactive visual experiences.
