Consumer branding / Product branding
We work to create new Consumer brands, on revitalising and re-launching existing brands and in helping our clients create or enter new markets. Our work covers brand definition and positioning, packaging, identity, environments, brand engagement and multi-channel communication. Our approach is to work from the 'Outside in'. We use customer insight to define your strengths and opportunities, we build a picture of your unique DNA and how best to optimise your brand and develop a unique positioning.
Our approach is about defining relevance in order to create prefference. Being there is one thing, but for successful brands its about being chosen - again and again. You may be the best, the loudest or the keenest brand out there, but if you don't connect with customers and resonate the right value for them, you are not going to be a player. The experience at every touch point and in each engagement needs to be simple, valuable and consistent for your customers.

Culture / Internal branding
We create programmes and work to unlock your potential to build a strong and aligned culture. We use staff and customer insight and a methodology built on balancing inspiration, motivation and education. We believe cultures and behaviour need to be about your brand, but should be led by what your staff need to buy in to and to do in order to deliver valuable, and prefferred brand experiences and services to your customers. Placebranding
Successfully branding a place or region will enshrine its unique character, unify its people and help business grow. We have found that every organisation embarking on this kind of project faces similar issues and challenges - so agreeing to and running a transparent process is vital. We use a process where relevant stakeholders, including those who are expected to have negative views, are invited to join the client project team.
